Senior Presentation Evening 2024

The Senior section of the club met up on October 5th to celebrate the season and hand out club and individual awards.

Hosted at Darling & Co by club General Manager Karen Dickson over 100 members gathered to socialise and celebrate.

Club Awards

The Gibby Rowan Club Person of the Year Award was presented to Nick Coulter. Nick has managed the Bardon Latrobe kindy program for 4 years. Instilling the passion of the game to the future generations of the club. More than that Nick always makes the sessions fun.

The Rob Wheeler ‘Spirit of Bardon Latrobe’ Award will be presented at the junior presentation event.

The Tom Connolly ‘Senior Player of the Year’ Award was presented to Andrew Gold. Andrew was recognised for his consistent performances for the club since joining in 2022. Further, his leadership and willingness to contribute off the pitch is highly valued.

2024 season awards

Samson Skinner was awarded the club golden boot. Samson scored 23 goals for the season including 22 for the FQPL U23s and 1 for the senior team.

Chris Higgins collected the Senior Golden Gloves award. Chris kept an impressive 9 clean sheets for the Over 35 division 4 side as they went on to become Champions. He also made a crucial penalty save in the Grand Final penalty competition.
